Fun times with fun fold cards! Yesterday my friend Tammy and I hosted our Teach it Tuesday, the theme was fun folds. She made a fabulous Halloween card, the video is linked below. Since I don't do a lot of fun folds I perused my favorite spot for ideas, Pinterest! I found a fun one by Karen Titus of Stamping on the Back Porch, it is called the Pop Out fun fold. I had so much fun that I made 2 to share as samples and made one during my Facebook live. It is much simpler than it looks, my kind of card!
Here is the card I made yesterday in the video. I have provided all the details for the card I made on the video.
Details:
- Card Base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4")
- Layer #1: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Layer #2: 3 1/4" x 4" (used to die cut out the center piece)
- Interior: White card stock 8" x 5 1/4" scored at 4" & 2") & Pattern paper 1 7/8" x 3 7/8"
