Pop Out Fun Fold!

Fun times with fun fold cards!  Yesterday my friend Tammy and I hosted our Teach it Tuesday, the theme was fun folds.  She made a fabulous Halloween card, the video is linked below.  Since I don't do a lot of fun folds I perused my favorite spot for ideas, Pinterest!  I found a fun one by Karen Titus of Stamping on the Back Porch, it is called the Pop Out fun fold.  I had so much fun that I made 2 to share as samples and made one during my Facebook live.  It is much simpler than it looks, my kind of card!

Here is the card I made yesterday in the video.  I have provided all the details for the card I made on the video.

Details:

  • Card Base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4")
  • Layer #1: 4" x 5 1/4"
  • Layer #2:  3 1/4" x 4" (used to die cut out the center piece)
  • Interior: White card stock 8" x 5 1/4" scored at 4" & 2")  &  Pattern paper  1 7/8" x 3 7/8"
Product used for this card listed below after the the other two sample cards.

Here are pictures of the two samples and the products I used to make them.

Check out Tammy's fun Fun Fold Halloween card on her Teach it Tuesday YouTube playlist and scroll to the bottom! It is one of the cutest Halloween cards I have ever seen!
