Color combinations are always so fun! Tammy and I wanted to challenge ourselves using the following colors: Berry Burst, Pecan Pie, Pretty Peacock, & Secret Sea! Man was it a challenge but I just love the results! I hope you do too!
Here are the details for the card:
- Card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
- Layer #1: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Layer #2: 1 7/8" x 5 1/8" (2 pieces of pattern paper)
- Layer #3: 4" x 1 3/4"
- Layer #4: 1 1/2" x 3 3/4" (after applies dies you will cut this into 4 pieces)
- Layer #5: 2" x 2" square for sentiment
- Embossing feature: 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" with adhesive sheet on the back
- Interior: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Embellishments: 13" ribbon & gems
I share with you in the video how I made the embossed layer of Secret Sea leaves as well as tips for cutting it into 4 pieces. (Please excuse the math problem! LOL)
