Beautiful Blues Card Kits! Quick, Easy & Elegant Cards

In the past I have shared with you that when I need to get my creativity or stamping mojo back I used card sketches.  There is another tool I use to help me....Stampin' Up! Card Kits!  These are wonderful go to crafts and gifts for those who want to dip their toes into the world of card making or reignite their creative fire.  I enjoy the kits but there are times when I absolutely LOVE the kits.  This kit that Tammy and I are using for our Teach it Tuesday is one that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it in the catalog and then fell even more in love with it when I started using it.  The Beautiful Blues card kit is perfect, especially if you love the color blue!

These cards are both fun and beautiful on their own when you follow the included instructions.  However, if you love to take the card bases, punch out dies, stamps and embellishments and tweak the cards a bit, that is fun too!  In my video below you will find two cards I made using this kit.  One is following the instructions and the second is using the same card base and creating an "alternative".  I hope you find inspiration and joy!

Details:

Card #1 & #2 - Original Designs

White cards with blue flowers and blue card with white flowers follow the provided instructions.

Card #3 - Alternate Design

  • Layer #1: 4" x 5 1/4"  Night of Navy
