A fun new bundle has been has just been released as an Online Exclusive. the Impressions Abloom bundle gives you so many options for florals it is impossible to count! This week Tammy and I used it for our Teach it Tuesday Facebook lives. She made a fabulous sampler showing all the stamped images, and the different pieces that can be cut using the dies so don't forget to check out her video which is linked below.
Today I decided to play with colors I don't normally gravitate towards; Blackberry Bliss and Bubble Bath with Lemon-Lime Twist as an accent. I also decided to use a couple of fun techniques; masking and heat embossing. The layout is inspired by a sketch in the 24/25 catalog. The two cards below look almost identical, can you spot the difference? In the video I will share with you what that difference is.
Details for this card:
- Card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (standard card) or 11" x 4 1/4" (vertical opening card)
- Layer #1: 10 1/2" x 1 1/4" (you will cut into (3) 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" strips after embossing)
- Layer #2: 3" x 1 3/4" (banner die cut)
- Layer #3: 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" (oval die cut)
- Inside: 4" x 5 1/4" white
